Ivy Zellmer is a professor and research collaborator at University of California, San Francisco School of Dentistry. Professor Zellmer graduated from UCSF School of Dentistry with a Master of Science degree in Dental Hygiene in 2017 and remained as faculty in the Department of Restorative and Preventive Dental Sciences. Her scholarly work is primarily focused on dental implants, in particular optimizing maintenance care practices to improve patient outcomes. Professor Zellmer has received numerous awards and recognitions for her research in this field. In addition to academia, she is a self-proclaimed foodie and learning how to make wine, as she lives in the Napa Valley.
