The fastest and easiest way is to register online by accessing the registration site by CLICKING HERE. This link can also be found in the top menu on each page of the Annual Meeting website.

You can also register by mailing or faxing the Annual Meeting Registration form to the AO home office. This form is available on the homepage of the Annual Meeting website and in the Registration Packet.

The rates increase after midnight, Central Standard Time (U.S.-Chicago) on January 14, 2019. Increased rates apply at 12:01 am on January 15.

Yes, Annual Meeting attendees will receive a special room rate at the chosen official meeting hotels for the 2019 Annual Meeting. CLICK HERE for more information about the 2019 meeting hotels.

If you are applying for a visa to travel to the United States, you may need to provide a document stating your intention to travel. The Academy of Osseointegration can provide a “letter of invitation” to our attendees from countries outside the U.S.

To request your letter of invitation, please contact us at cherieseyller@osseo.org . The letter will be sent to you by email after you’ve completed your registration.

Registered spouses and guests (limited to two per attendee) are provided access to the Exhibit Hall as well as invited to attend the Thursday evening Welcome Reception and the Friday evening President’s Reception.

Please note: ADA CERP, or other educational credit, is not available for a Spouse/Guest registration. If your Spouse/Guest wants educational credit, please register them separately as a regular attendee.

Yes.

Free wireless access is available throughout most of the convention center, including the plenary session meeting rooms and the exhibit hall.

Business casual attire is recommended for this meeting.

The electronic membership application form can be found on AO’s website, osseo.org, and is recommended to facilitate faster processing time.

Downloadable membership application forms are also available on the AO website and can be mailed, emailed or faxed to the AO home office. Completed application forms must be submitted with the required information/documents and membership fees to qualify for the members discounted Annual Meeting Registration fees.

Hands-on Workshops

Members: $500; Non-Members: $600 - Admission by ticket only. Attendance is limited. Pre-registration is required. Refreshment breaks and lunch will be provided. Participants must be registered for the Annual Meeting to enroll in the Hands-on Workshops.

Corporate Forums

See what's new as the Corporate Forums feature up to 36 industry-hosted educational sessions which showcase some of the latest research, products, techniques and developments in implant dentistry and tissue engineering.

Hotel reservations/rate availability are not guaranteed after the room block is full or after February 11, 2019. Please register early – only a limited number of rooms are available. A portion of the room rate will subsidize the cost of the meeting space rental.

No other housing company or travel agency is authorized to place hotel reservations on behalf of the AO, its exhibitors or its sponsors. These companies have not entered into agreements with the Washington DC hotels and are not able to guarantee rates and accommodations during the conference dates.
